Short Bio

Dr. Abhishek Dey is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering, National Institute of Technology Rourkela. He was a Fulbright-Nehru Visiting Postdoctoral Scholar in Prof. Richard M. Murray's group at Caltech. He did his PhD from the Electrical Engineering Department, Indian Institute of Technology Delhi, in 2019. He has received the M.Tech. degree in Control Systems Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur in 2013 and B.E. degree in Electrical Engineering from Bengal Engineering and Science University (currently IIEST), Shibpur in 2010. His research interests include Systems and Synthetic Biology, System Identification and Nonlinear Dynamics.
