Clean air and water support healthy brain and body function, growth, and development. Air quality is closely related to the earth's climate and ecosystems globally. Many of the contributors of air pollution are also sources of greenhouse emissions. Two thirds of the earth's surface is covered by water and the human body consists of about 75 percent of it. It is evidently clear that water is one of the prime elements responsible for life on earth. Water quality is under increasing pressure from demographic and climatic changes. Air quality mitigation and treatment processes play a key role in sustainable development. This workshop aims to bring together environmental researchers, scientists, engineers and urban planners to exchange and share their experiences, new ideas and research results about all aspects of air, water and wastewater to discuss the practical challenges encountered and the solutions adopted through the presentation and discussion
